Startup life doesn’t have to be a grind. I walk side-by-side with founders to help them find the joy in the journey through:

  • Creating a plan to make that vision a reality

  • Operationalizing that plan day by day

  • Building teams to execute that plan

  • Crafting structures, systems, and incentives to make that team win
